Beddington’s Restaurant Review:

Jean Beddington’s hotspot is a slick little black-and-white emporium of her signature brand of fusion cuisine, which globetrots from Italy to France to Japan and England (where she's from) and then back to the Netherlands. But despite the breadth of the cuisine in question, the menu is tiny, with only five starters and four main courses. Reservations are a must, as foodies are smitten by her protracted and leisurely paced meals that emanate from the action-packed open kitchen. The dining room is a hair austere, all the better to appreciate the drama of oysters with granita of Japanese ginger or a dish of sautéed calamari with spicy turkey merguez.
