About the restaurant: Global lifestyle icon Martha Stewart has opened her first-ever restaurant, The Bedford by Martha Stewart, at Paris Las Vegas. Designed by Stewart herself, the decor draws inspiration from her country farmhouse, where she brings the outdoors in. The 194-seat intimate restaurant offers guests an authentic glimpse of how she lives and entertains in her own home, with appointed décor which embraces a neutral color palette that acts as a perfect backdrop to four seasons of color.
Food & Drinks: Stewart and her team of culinary experts have created a seasonal menu featuring items created from sourcing seasonal, high-quality ingredients from various purveyors including the Las Vegas Farmers Market, D'Artagnan, Urbani Truffles, Roe Caviar, Frog Hollow Farm, Jasper Hill Farm and Vermont Creamery, among others.
