Understand that the name refers to a tomato and not a steak, as this concept presents "plant-based cuisine." It's a true paradise for vegans and vegetarians. They will find juices, salads (the Waldorf is a must have), bowls and wraps. But, in case any omnivores push open the door, they can add proteins such as Scottish salmon, chicken or Korean-style short rib to their dishes.
