Beer Park Restaurant Review

About the restaurant: Overlooking the Fountains of Bellagio and busy Las Vegas Boulevard, the view is one of the best on the Strip. When guests aren’t gazing out at the city, there are pool tables, TVs playing big games, and oversize Connect Four and Jenga to entertain. Dining takes place on communal picnic tables and high-tops, creating the overall feel of spending an afternoon at the ballpark or a backyard party.

About the food and drinks: The menu nods to those settings, too, with the likes of chile verde nachos stacked with pork, cotija and beer cheese sauce; several variations of burgers; and a Shock Top brat smothered with caramelized onion, sauerkraut and spicy mustard. The stadium feel continues with a rolling cart stocked with Good Humor Strawberry Shortcake, ice cream sandwiches and more. One-hundred-plus beers accompany the casual fare, including Ballast Point BGrapefruit Sculpin and Squatters Hop Rising Double IPA.
