Betty Restaurant Review

: Betty’s cozy, earth-toned interior has a lively kitchen counter along one side and a bar tucked into a lounge in back. The seasonally-inspired menu is supported by well-crafted cocktails and a choice selection of wines priced below $30. Begin with a tower of heirloom tomatoes blanketed with shaved Parmesan and onion slivers. Green tomatoes are fried and paired with sweet-tart tomato jam. We also like the modestly priced steak frites and roast chicken. If you're craving seafood, check out the seared scallops complemented by bacon-dressed frisée. For dessert, indulge in the raspberry crème brûlée or a dark chocolate soufflé with almond ice cream.
