Bierocracy Restaurant Review:
Bierocracy is a Central European-style beer hall in the heart of Long Island City. The large room boasts long wooden communal tables and an island bar in the center. The beers on tap give a heavy nod to those of the Czech Republic or Czech-style lagers. The menu, naturally, is meant to pair well with the beer: pretzels, pork belly and schnitzel.
