Big Saigon lives up to its name with its vast size and some authentic flavors, but too few cooks (and waiters) spoil the effect, for the wait for service and then for the food may be frustratingly long. If you aim on dining at an off-hour (definitely not midday on a weekend) you may be pleasantly surprised. Surely the food is worth the wait. The summer rolls are a must. Also consider an entrée of the grilled pork served over rice or noodles and maybe a bowl of the sweet-and-sour fish soup, big enough for two to share. You'll find loads of choices, so experiment.
