: Pizza, salads and antipasti are on offer at this East Village spot, which makes its crust with whole-grain flour and utilizing biga (an Italian-style pre-fermentation). Pie varieties include the margherita and Diavola (tomato sauce, fior di latte, salami, basil, oregano and evoo).
