Bill Bateman's Bistro Restaurant Review:

Wings are definitely the thing at former talent promoter Bill Bateman's chain of casual restaurants. And first-rate they are, all sixteen versions of them, ranging from mild to incendiary --- meaty, crisp, never greasy, and absolutely addictive. The ribs are pretty good, too, as are the multitudinous sandwiches and quesadillas and all manner of other light fare, aptly supported by the line-up of microbrew taps behind the bar. Steaks, chicken and seafood entrées stand ready to satisfy those with fancier tastes. This location boasts banks of TVs for sports-watching, along with a video game room for kids young and old.
