If you get a kick out of the over-the-top restaurants in Las Vegas, then Billy Blanco's is your kind of place. It’s a step into the classiest garage you’ll ever imagine (even the bathrooms are decked with glistening stainless steel mechanic’s tools). Silverware sits in an “oil tin” on your table, and lights hang from engine hoists. Park City restaurateur Bill White pays homage to his hometown near Detroit (Motor City) with tacos and fried chicken as jacked up as the mint Dodge Charger, Shelby GT, Ducati racing bikes, and Harley-Davidsons displayed on platforms inside the restaurant. The dining experience starts with complimentary fresh, warm chips and salsa. Try the guacamole sampler or the Buffalo wings with hot sauce before moving on to entrées like the Baja fish tacos with mahi mahi or chili-lime chicken fajitas with portobello mushrooms, onion and bell peppers. Wash it all down with sassy signature cocktails like the Pimp My Ride margarita, with grilled pineapple and smoked habanero peppers. The glamour-garage feel carries through to the desserts --- think a malted hot fudge sundae with pretzel crunch, whipped cream and malted chocolate sauce.
