Chef Richard Hales (Sakaya Kitchen, Blackbrick) partnered with The Confidante to cook up all-American fare for tourists and locals alike in Miami Beach. At this aptly named restaurant, there's an ever-rotating “bird” and “bone” dish of the day. Standouts and signatures include Hales’ namesake hot chicken as well as a deviled kale Caesar, smoked fish dip, and Florida cheddar and chive biscuits.
