In the midst of Rice Village, enjoy true Parisian bistro fare that won’t break the bank. Consider the three-course prix-fixe dinner option, which has included wild mushroom Wellington, tender beef bourguignon (for an additional $4) and, for dessert, a Nutella crêpe. Add a bottle of wine from the decent list, or sip one of the beers among a brief array, and you’ll still pay less than what you would at most French restaurants in Houston.
