Food & Drinks: At the only French-owned and -operated restaurant in Napa Valley, chef Philippe Jeanty offers classics such as escargots, hearty cassoulet, duck confit, coq au vin, entrecôte frites and other tasty French delicacies. Any Frenchman would be “enchante” with the desserts, crème brûlée and tarts, as well as the extensive fromage selections. Bistro Jeanty's outdoor dining space is convivial, and in typical French-fashion, dog-friendly. The wine list covers a wide swath with numerous choices from France, Italy, California and more. A healthy number of half bottles is available. Service is professional.
