THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Bistros Restaurant Review:

The name, deliberately plural, signals that two bistro ideas---one American, the other French---unite in one menu. From the American side, the crab cake appetizer is a tall cake resting on a bed of whole-grain mustard cream sauce. Chicken livers recall the gizzard salad served in France but here cooked medium-rare. Chicken with morels and beef Wellington are acceptable but not exciting. The better of two desserts tasted was the crème brûlée with fresh raspberries. This wine list is somewhat dull, with by-the-glass choices from each category difficult to pair with this food. While it’s not bad for a neighborhood bistro, it doesn’t generate much excitement.
