This big, bright bistro continues on its successful career. The neo-bourgeois repertoire is handled with admirable ease, offering rabbit persillé or a vibrant vegetable salad showered with Parmesan to start, followed by steak à la bordelaise or stuffed veal shank simmered in a sparky vinegar sauce.
