Bliss aims for a sexy vibe with no less than two fireplaces heating up this cavernous space. Chef Gabriel Morales, formerly of Balboa and Rix, is behind the American cuisine that takes some eclectic turns; look for mesquite-grilled venison, ostrich and 40-day aged steak. The dressy crowd that frequents Bliss will find lounges upstairs and downstairs, and live jazz Tuesday evenings.
