THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Blue Water Grill Restaurant Review:

Tim Mallet's three Great Restaurants all have lighthearted décor, and at this seafood-centric eatery, some guests occasionally mutter that they're sitting in a big blue aquarium. But they seldom grumble about the food, which is mostly very satisfying, sometimes downright exciting. Lunch sees lots of business people; nighttime brings a more mixed clientele. The menu is divided into small plates, soups and salads, fresh fish and large plates (some of which can be ordered in half portions). Sharing is encouraged, and the kitchen willingly accommodates special dietary requests. The Mexican influence is less pronounced than it once was; you can still get cornmeal-encrusted catfish with Chihuahua cheese, but Maryland crab cakes and New Orleans barbecued shrimp with smoked Gouda polenta are edging out Southwestern fare. There are a few meat and vegetarian entrées as well. The three-course prix-fixe menu is a hit. The wine list is thoughtful, and there's a pleasant selection of tropical-esque house cocktails.
