THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Bomb Tacos Restaurant Review

: Bomb Tacos in downtown Las Vegas boasts décor inspired by restaurant owner-executive chef Robert Solano’s life in Mexico and is reflective of an authentic taqueria with brightly colored furniture (much of which was personally built and painted by Solano to ensure quality and authenticity of the space), corrugated tin walls, Mexican artwork and a hand-painted mural reading "bienvenidos" done by Solano. On the menu are tacos al pastor, crispy beef brisket tacos, Baja-style fish tacos, wet burritos, carne asada fries, nachos, tortas and house-made churros topped with vanilla ice cream. Vegetarian and vegan options are offered. A variety of sodas, beers and Mexican drinks like Jarritos and horchata is available. Also located at 3655 S. Durango Dr., 702-262-0141.
