With more than 4,000 square feet of space, the Emory Point outpost of Bonefish Grill combines bustle with warm lighting, a bar area with community table seating, and an open kitchen. Specialties include the “Bang Bang Shrimp,” featuring the wild Gulf shrimp in a tangy sauce. Studded with lobster meat, the lobster bisque lacks a distinctive lobster taste, but it does offer a rich, silky texture. Corn-crab chowder is a real chill-chaser. Grilled fish may be ordered in any one of a number of ways, but lemon butter sauce enhances rather than obscures the fine flavor of the fresh fish, although the Pan-Asian treatment would work well on some selections. Pork chops, chicken and steak are available for those who abjure the fruits of the sea. At lunch, try the fish 'n' chips. For dessert, sample the pies, presented in generous portions.
