Boom Bang Fine Foods & Cocktails in Henderson is a project from Bravo “Top Chef” alum (and Joël Robuchon’s first female sous chef) Elia Aboumrad-Page, LA restauranteur and chef Christian Page and Las Vegas food and beverage specialist Tony Angotti. The American brasserie’s décor includes cactus wallpaper; tabletops covered in buttons sourced from chef Elia’s father’s haberdashery in Mexico City; tones of deep green, orange and gold; and an expansive patio with an outside grill. The menu includes lobster bisque with puff pastry crouton; Wagyu steak frites with hotel butter or Italian salsa verde; pot pie with mushrooms, pearl onions, peas, carrots and housemade cheddar biscuit; and red velvet mad’ bomb with a rose water glaze. Mixologist Julian Cox leads the bar program featuring cocktails including the That’ll Do Fig with vodka, lemon, Cassis, black mission fig and barrel aged bitters; and a rotating beer list spotlighting local beers such as the CraftHaus Evocation Saison.
