The kitchen at Brand 158 is helmed by a familiar name to L.A. diners: Peter Roelant, once of L'Orangerie and Four Oaks. Here he turns out a much more approachable menu of pizzas, burgers and lobster rolls as well as steaks and rack of lamb. There's a full bar and a reasonably priced wine list, and desserts include Key lime pie and apple cobbler.
