THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Brasserie Perrier Restaurant Review:

The collaboration between Georges Perrier and Chris Scarduzio has brought this eatery a bit more in line with a traditional French brasserie, from the traditional steak tartare to the salad Lyonnaise and charcuterie plate. Scarduzio makes a mean burger with Gruyère and caramelized onions that hug toasted brioche; the side of golden brown pomme frites has just the right amount of crisp. Or try one of the plats du jour, which include prime rib, bouillabaisse and rack of lamb. Among the desserts are a raisin walnut bread pudding with maple walnut ice cream and a Tahitian vanilla bean crème brûlée. The extensive wine list contains many treasures, but there are surprises from small vineyards and little-known shippers in the Loire Valley and the Languedoc. There's also a smart craft beer list featuring local brews as well as others from different parts of the globe. The glittering bar attracts a professional crowd, and features its own menu. You will find meticulous appointments, flattering lighting and a professional waitstaff.
