Aiming to be all things to all people, this small-plates spot actually does a nice job of separating itself from the flock. The mood changes from suits during the day to hotties at night to neighborhood families on weekend mornings, but the vibe always is high energy. Listen to Latin grooves and enjoy the ensalada de arugula composed of sliced pear, caramelized pecans, sweet cheery tomatoes and punchy greens in a balsamic, garlic and blue cheese dressing. Check out the crispy sandwiches---perhaps the version stuffed with serrano ham---served during lunch and brunch, which aren’t half bad either.
