The "fruits" of the labor at Moreson, a farm and winery near the epicurean retreat Le Quartier Français, can be sampled at Bread & Wine Vineyard Restaurant & Farm Grocer. Sip a locally produced wine from Moreson or Pinehurst to complement your selections from chef Neil Jewell's menu. Using traditional methods and recipes, he personally handcrafts the charcuterie offerings. Freshly baked breads are on offer as well as dishes that might range from mussels to bacon wrapped springbok (African antelope) with butternut granola & sour fig. For dessert, you may find a rum and raisin soufflé with chocolate ice cream.
