About the restaurant: Resorts World boasts a number of dining options, including the modern Italian restaurant Brezza. The design features white stone walls, Italian mosaic tile flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, an open kitchen and a patio overlooking the Vegas Strip. The kitchen is helmed by chef Nicole Brisson, whose former positions include being the first female executive chef of Eataly in the U.S. and culinary director of Batali & Bastianich Hospitality Group's Las Vegas operations.

Food & Drinks: The menu offers handmade pastas like ricotta corzetti with crispy artichokes, basil and tomato butter; and sustainable fish, heritage breeds, prime meats and local produce cooked over live wood, such as whole white American Pekin duck and Colorado lamb chops. Desserts tempt with tiramisu, a chocolate version shaped like a coffee bean with espresso caramel and mascarpone mousse. In addition to 200 wines (mainly from Italy, France and the U.S.), are seven Italian craft beers, an extensive spirits list and more than 35 bottles of digestives such as grappa and amaro.
