Brick Oven’s tasty hearty pizza is hands-down the best on the island, although its south side location makes it a bit inconvenient for those staying in Kauai’s main resort areas. If you’re on this side of the island, stop by this fun, family-style joint with red checkered tablecloths. The hearth-baked thin-crusted pizza made with whole-wheat or white dough is loaded with toppings with a well-proportioned cheese-to-sauce ratio. The rest of the offerings run toward the standard salad and meatball-sandwich variety.
