THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED The Brookwood Grill Restaurant Review:
The elaborate buildings built by Brookwood are distinctive in each neighborhood, setting them apart from many Atlanta chains. A country club feeling is carried throughout the interior, and the food is definitely an improvement over most club offerings. Youre likely to have to wait for a table; if you lack patience, ask to order at the bar---the bartenders are pretty good waiters. Lunch is popular, and the sandwiches are big and tasty. Try something different like Brookwoods grilled salmon sandwich with smoked apple bacon and all the fixns on potato dill bread. Dinner features the usual assortment of steaks (including a $30 filet), but look beyond for selections such as the Caribbean chicken with wild rice and black beans; pecan swordfish or sesame tuna and garlic-mashed spuds. The Burgundy mushrooms are a tasty side. Chocolate lovers can get their fix with the Toll House Supreme with vanilla ice cream and hot fudge.
