You can’t say too much about the décor of a take-out place the size of a large shoebox, but oh, my, does its kitchen turn out ribs to weep over. Juicy and dripping with a deep, dark, just-sweet sauce, the ribs are gargantuan enough to feed a hungry football player---well, at least if you order a full rack. These take awhile to wrap and hand over to you---there is no indoor seating---so occupy yourself by ordering a few extras, such as the fried chicken wings, as crunchy as anything you can do at home, and add on a few sides. The braised greens are the perfect mate for chicken or ribs, plus there are baked yams, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese and more. Don’t forget dessert: look for the three-inch-high wedge of yellow cake with a slick of chocolate frosting.
