Bruegger's Bagel Bakery Restaurant Review:

Bruegger's offers a plethora of good bagels, gourmet cream cheeses, soups and signature sandwiches, but it will always stay close to our hearts for having brought the first decent bagel to the Twin Cities. Bagels come in standard issue plain, salt, poppy seed and garlic for the purists and experimental flavors such as sun-dried tomato for those who can't leave well enough alone. Vegetarians have plenty to like here; many dig Bruegger's hummus with garlic and onion, roasted red pepper and sun-dried tomato. Meanwhile, breakfast sandwich addicts swear by the egg white and sun-dried tomato variety---it almost makes up for the fact that the coffee isn’t as strong as we’d like it to be.
