The sauce, a vinegar-based, peppery North Carolina-style formula, is spot-on; take a few bottles home. But barbecue is about the meat first, and the sauce second. In true Carolina fashion, ’cue comes with hush puppies. For dessert, the pecan pie is made on-site. No alcohol is offered, so enjoy your meal with iced tea.
