Bucharest Grill Restaurant Review:

Detroit has always been a culinary melting pot, so it's not surprising to encounter a smorgasbord of fare at the charming Bucharest Grill. Even those who grew up on their grandmother’s Eastern European cooking will find the Hungarian and Romanian specialties authentic. Try the nicely spiced, fresh green peppers stuffed with ground pork and rice in zesty sauce with sour cream and cabbage salad, the Romanian sausages, or the schnitzel plate (pan-fried chicken with fries, pita and salad). Other tasty options include the cheese pie turnover, stuffed grape leaves or one of several shwarmas, which can be served in a wrap or as a salad. For those who want more of an American accent to their meal, there’s the Bucharest fried-egg cheeseburger, sliders and gourmet dogs. Prices are reasonable.
