THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED The Buffet Restaurant Review

: If you're one of those diehards who likes downtown, and even if you just like the Golden Nugget, this is a good place to do a buffet. The room features brass-framed etched glass booth dividers and food-station hoods, plus urns, statuary, beveled mirrors and chandeliers. Soups, salads including Caesar and sushi (for dinner) are just the beginning. At the exhibition entrée station backed by a colorful mural, pastas, Mexican specialties and carved-to-order turkey, ham and roast beef or brisket, plus creations such as herb-crusted chicken and grilled tilapia with succotash and rice pilaf are turned out with a flair. The signature bread pudding in an oversize chafing dish and doughnuts, chocolate cakes, carrot cake and banana cake are longtime favorites at the dessert station.
