Taking over the former Bungalow Club space, Bugatta Restaurant & Bar maintains a similar ultralounge setting, with a prominent bar, clubby dining area, upstairs VIP room, and best of all, an expansive patio with private cabanas. Few people come here for the food, but the eclectic, globally inspired menu is definitely not short on variety. Shareable plates include tuna tartare, rice balls Bolognese, chicken satay and a Thai take on hummus. Among larger plates are pasta Alfredo with a Cajun kick, steaks and miso-marinated salmon. Thin-crust pizzas are also offered, and sweets range from chocolate fondue to chocolate martinis. Specialty cocktails include a $10, ten-ounce martini, an elderflower gimlet and a lavender cosmo, and the global wine list is not entirely an afterthought.
