Cafe Hong Kong Restaurant Review:

From the owners of South China Garden --- a now-closed but very good Cantonese restaurant --- this Chinatown eatery, unfortunately, does not live up to the predecessor establishment. The sweet-and-sour breaded pork chop had promise but it managed to be way more sweet than sour, tasting almost like it was in a candy sauce. Likewise, the salt-and-pepper squid was all pepper and no salt, and the squid tasted of mediocre quality. Fans of South China Garden might surely be disappointed.
