Located in THEHotel at Mandalay Bay's grand lobby, this resort café offers a wide selection of dishes for morning and afternoon dining. Breakfast options include the blue crab Benedict with spinach, roasted tomato and shallot Champagne sauce, and a classic steak and eggs breakfast with a 28-day, dry-aged rib-eye with caramelized onion parsley hash. Lunch highlights include THEBurger, Creekstone Farms Angus beef with aged Gruyère, wild mushrooms, arugula and garlic herb aïoli with truffled fries; and the grilled ahi burger with Asian coleslaw, togarashi-spiced miso aïoli and pickled shiitake mushrooms.
