Cafe Panache Restaurant Review

: Café Panache is the very definition of metamorphosis. Stylish and comfortable in the manner of the French countryside, it is hard to believe that this pretty little place was once a Long John Silver's. Now it has evolved into a fine restaurant. Credit chef-owner Kevin Kohler, who uses local, fresh seasonal ingredients gathered from neighboring farmers and changes the menu as often as three times a week. Among the café favorites are crispy wasabi halibut, pecan chicken breast with Dijon mustard sauce, and braised short ribs with dark beer and black molasses. The pasta is handmade and hand-cut. Café Panache is a bring-your-own restaurant, so match the food with the best your wine cellar has to offer.
