Cafe Reyes Restaurant Review:
Café Reyes is the first restaurant travelers find as they roll into the tiny hamlet of Point Reyes Station after cruising northward along California’s Highway One. It’s a particularly rustic, wood-enriched interior; the outdoor garden with its fountain is one of the most relaxing places to dine in West Marin. On sunny days, umbrella-shaded tables look out on an expansive view of pastures alive with cows and backed by the forested mountains that hold back the fog resting on the Pacific Ocean. It’s reasonably priced, too. You’ll find oysters, salads and wood-fired, classic Neapolitan-style pizzas, featuring thin crusts, fresh tomatoes and quality mozzarella. Another plus: Most of the ingredients used here are organic.
