Value draws diners, with set menus starting around $10 U.S. But it’s the long list of more than two dozen crispy-thin pizzas that includes all the standards plus inventive versions that makes this a memorable meal. Favorite pies include the roasted garlic chicken, with its garlic-shallot butter, the Peking duck and the pepperoni, the most popular of the pizzas. Regulars design their own, though CPK also draws purists who consider the classic cheese and homemade tomato sauce one of the most reliable pies in Hong Kong. Worthy detours include inventive starters like the avocado club egg rolls. An Asian influence extends to the bevy of healthy salads, like the Moroccan chicken salad and Thai crunch salad.
