Value draws diners here, with set menus starting around US$10 but it’s the long list of more than two dozen crispy-thin pizzas that includes all the standards plus inventive versions like Santa Fe chicken, wild mushroom, mango tandoori chicken, and B.L.T. that make this a memorable meal. Favorite pies include the roasted garlic chicken, with its garlic-shallot butter, and the barbecued chicken, the most popular of the pizzas. Regulars get in the habit of designing their own. Try one of the pastas like the Thai linguine with spicy peanut-ginger sauce or even the more traditional pasta with carbonara sauce.
