Located between The Mirage‘s casino and its race and sports book, this vibrant pizza-pasta-salad emporium makes for an ideal break from the action. Pizzas range from versions with all the traditional toppings to the exotic. Smashed pea and barley soup is a favorite, as are salads such as the Waldorf --- chilled grilled chicken breast with field greens, grapes, Granny Smith apples, candied walnuts and Gorgonzola with Dijon-balsamic vinaigrette. We also like the sesame-ginger chicken dumplings with soy-ginger chili sauce and the shrimp and zucchini fettuccine sautéed with lemon, garlic and white wine. Salted caramel pudding rates high among dessert options.
