This popular chain has taken the otherwise humble pizza pie and transformed it into a global artwork. Pepperoni and sausage no longer dominate; instead, creations such as spicy chipotle chicken, California club and tostada reign supreme. The menu is extensive and includes a wide range of appetizers, salads, small plates and entrées from jambalaya spaghetti and chicken Milanese to fire-grilled rib-eye. Desserts are far less exotic but enticing nonetheless, and include a butter cake and salted caramel pudding.
