For years, Tiburon's The Caprice was the Cadillac of Marin restaurants: prestigious, upscale, even a little predictable except for the over-the-water location. It's now brighter and more contemporary, still boasting amazing views of Angel Island and San Francisco. The Italian-inspired menu includes gnocchi with Dungeness crab and Colorado lamp chops.
