Third-generation chef/owner Vinnie Carbone upholds a family tradition that is 70-plus years old, not only feeding the city's elite but treating visitors to a true formal dining experience. Tableside preparation is the house specialty: few can resist the Caesar salad tossed together in a giant bowl. Every pasta and every sauce is homemade. Signature dishes include veal cuscinetto stuffed with prosciutto and sharp cheese, Maine lobster risotto, and grilled sirloin with Gorgonzola anchovy butter and truffle potato wedges.
