They claim to serve the best Jamaican food in town, and if great aromas have anything to do with it, you’ll agree. Roasted jerk chicken leads off the menu, and there are plenty of curry dishes, including curried goat. The menu branches out with sandwiches of jerk chicken or fish, plus a non-Caribbean steak and cheese and three kinds of roti: chicken, goat and vegetables. Other good choices: beef, chicken or vegetable patties, calaloo and coco bread. Many of the juices are made on the premises---you might want a refreshing mauby or sorrel to quench the heat. Sweets? Carrot or Jamaican cakes, coconut drops and sweet potato or bread puddings. Check the board for daily specials.
