This cozy eatery with stained-glass wall hangings, grapevines, a beamed ceiling, and a wine closet with a decorative wrought iron door also has a spectacular view of the mountains from its spacious patio. The antipasto salad created with mixed lettuce, onions, olives, tomatoes, mushrooms, rolled ham, salami, provolone and roasted red pepper topped with mozzarella is a winner. So are specialty pizzas such as the focaccia with tomato, basil, garlic and olive oil, and the Tuscany with spinach, broccoli, garlic and ricotta, both topped with white sauce. Among many pastas, the house favorite---Italian sausage, bell pepper and onion sautéed with marinara sauce and special spices over penne---includes a dinner salad and garlic bread. Beer and wine are served. Turtle cheesecake and carrot cake are among desserts displayed in their own closet.
