Carrabba's Italian Grill Restaurant Review:
You're in the very heart of tourist country, so unless you go early or late, you will most likely stand in line for a table. Italian-American specialties, from chicken Marsala to manicotti, are generous in size. Starters include shrimp scampi, bruschetta with a topping that changes daily, and classic calamari. You'll find plenty of pastas on the menu, as well as wood-fired salmon, ribs and steaks. The Cucina Casuale menu offers lighter options like an Italian Cobb salad and a grilled tilapia sandwich. The house red wine is a decent Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. For something sweet, try one (or a few) of the bacino --- mini desserts.
