Experience a taste of the tropics on a quiet corner in Belltown. Casuelita’s exotic food, good drinks and high-energy tropical atmosphere are a fine antidote when Northwest weather is grey and gloomy. Friendly servers will recommend exotic rum cocktails (40 rums are available), or try the mojito or the Bushwhacker, a seductive combo of dark and coconut rum mixed with chocolate liqueur, Kahlúa, Baileys and nutmeg. The Caribbean cuisine ranges from curried goat to crispy salt cod fritters dipped in avocado salsa. There's also Jamaican jerk chicken and Brazilian vatapa (snapper and yucca simmered in a sweet and spicy coconut curry).
