CBD Provisions Restaurant Review

: The Joule’s sexy, dimly lit restaurant buzzes with locals and hotel guests alike. They fill the banquettes to sample chef Richard Blankenship’s latest snout-to-tail menu that honors the traditions of former chef Michael Sindoni. Try the whole pig's head carnitas served family-style with tortillas and radish salad, braised tripe with house-made chorizo, or spicy-sweet pig tails with refreshing kohlrabi slaw. Not in the mood for pork? There's also broiled Gulf oysters with absinthe-whipped lardo, 'nduja pimento cheese toast, and a grass-fed-beef burger with pickles.
