Santa Monica's The Charleston sports 1930's décor and features DJs and live entertainment on occasion. Expect American comfort food like short rib tacos; chicken and housemade waffles; New York steak; and chocolate chip bread pudding. Specialty cocktails put a spin on the classics. There is also a daily happy hour from 5:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. and weekend brunch (with live jazz on Sundays).
