Château Cordeillan-Bages Restaurant Review:
In the heart of Médoc wine country, an area with few gastronomic choices, this restaurant provides a welcome exception. In this handsome, seventeenth-century château, everything possible has been done to make visitors comfortable. In 2017, Julien Lefebvre became the executive chef at Cordeillan-Bages. He was trained by Frédéric Anton at Le Pré Catelan. The wine list features more than 1,500 wines and contains some of the best bottles available. The verdict: pure joy among the vineyards.
